How oil/anitfreeze resistant (spills) is the densifier? is the densifier PLUS on your site the way to go? Says it has twice the amount of lithium and is only $30 more per 5 gallon. Not really worried about diluting it (800 sq ft per gallon) but 2400 sq ft total looks like 6 gallon would do it...
