I always take lots of pictures of items like that, I took pics of my conduit, also showing the warning tape, and he was OK with that even tho it was covered up.

Make sure you run the gable studs full length to the underside of the roof deck or you will have a hinge rather than solid lateral support. Ask me why I know...LOL...I had to cut out every 3rd plate to scab on some full height studs after my truss engineer pointed it out for my scissor...

Could be he did....good to know. I will be calling him in the next week. What did he ask to be complete for the framing inspection? I read somewhere they want doors and electrical rough in. Normally in commercial institutional construction we don't even START electrical till the roof is on.
