I can't speak for the other but I have the OMEHW93642 and use it with great ease to jack up my 2011 Jeep GC. It is a great jack. The other one doesn't look as good but not sure why.

I bet the cheapest shipping is over $65 for it though. The thing nearly weighs 100lbs. You are going to want to try and find a local supplier.
