    Cordless tool platform?

    OK..........back to Milwaukee. Here's a question. What's the difference between the Fuel hammer/drill #2604-80 and #2604-22?

Ideas on pricing a portable gas welding set-up

Look on your local CL for the going prices. I found this one............. http://detroit.craigslist.org/wyn/tls/4584382594.html Seems a little steep to me but maybe they're more expensive in your area. I picked up my set off of CL. 10 years old, rarely used, owner owned tanks w/receipts, cart...

    Cordless tool platform?

This thread looks like a Milwaukee commercial! That's probably because they're the best! Thanks for all the info, guys. Looks like I'll start off with the Fuel M18 hammerdrill followed by the Fuel M18 1/2" impact w/friction ring, then the Fuel sawzall and circular saw. Question: I've...

    Cordless tool platform?

I need to delve into the cordless world. The only cordless tool I have is a DeWalt 14.4 drill. Great tool but I've been through 2 sets of batteries over the years and they're dead again. Instead of spending $$ on new or rebuilt batts I'm thinking maybe it's time to upgrade to a quality...

Vintage Snap On to Restore or just Junk it?

Personally, I think you should just junk the original top box and the bottom box, as well. They're garbage! You've caught me on a good day and I'm feeling in a generous mood. I'm just over the hill. I can come by, load 'em up and get 'em outta your hair. I'll be there in 40 minutes! Really...

    Wheel dollies - Harbor Freight

Here's a suggestion, check your local CL under 'tools'. There's always somebody selling engine stands. Many times you can find a quality used 4-wheel stand for the price of the cheap HF 3-wheel stand.

A couple of decent CL ads in SF Bay Area, CA.

Sure is! That's the same one I have and it's a workhorse! Also, it's sitting in someones garage in Marin County (read wealthy) meaning he could probably be talked down to half his asking price! I'm sure he just wants to get rid of it. I'd love to have the box, just too busy and no room right...

A couple of decent CL ads in SF Bay Area, CA.

Don't need 'em, don't have the room and don't have the money! But, maybe somebody else does. They just caught my eye as I was doing my morning craigslist ritual. I think the prices are OK......you be the judge. http://sfbay.craigslist.org/nby/tls/4559622261.html...

What have you built from an old bed frame?

Well, this isn't your standard bedframe. It's a custom piece made from 2" x 3" rec tubing. A friend of mine bought it off CL for $150. He brought it home to his apartment and couldn't get it through the front door. In frustration, he called and asked me if I wanted...
