Sweet jesus, 87k? I'm a few hours north of you and my building which is exactly the same size cost me 44k as an empty shell. 17k for steel, 10k to erect it, 17k for concrete.

I love the RBRT stuff. So far I've gotten the standard hex bits, stubby torx, and extended torx in RBRT.

I'll probably be out on xenforo, but I'm sure plenty will figure out a way to adapt and replace me so no big loss. I hate the way PMs work. I hate the "userCP" interface. Vb may be antiquated but it looks much more simply structured.

Pushed the project wrx wagon off the trailer and into the shop. That in and of itself was a workout. Tomorrow it gets a new clutch.

Last night I pulled the oil pan on my wife's denali, installed a window motor in my legacy gt, and then spent a couple hours building a 3 tiered tire rack int he corner.

Holy ****. I was researching paint, and going by stated coverage I thought I'd only need 15-20 gallons total. Based on the size of your building I might need 80 gallons. FML:wtf:

Yup. Its everywhere. 40x60x16 4:12 roof. Roughly 6k sq/ft of walls to paint :eyecrazy:

Recommend me a sprayer setup. I've never had to paint this large of an area before. Closed cell was done a year ago and it's starting to yellow pretty quick now.
