I checked a couple ace hardwares today and found a 3/8x12 and 1/4x8 that I was missing. They were $15/ea which seems cheap compared to the prices on ebay. They also had a 3/8x8 and two 1/4x12 left on the shelf. Also had a few other oddballs but none of the other unique drivers.

I don't see myself using them a lot either, but I figure if I ever get tired of them sitting around I can put the handles on some other tools.

I'm guessing your 1/8x20 is the 1/4x20? That's pretty much the list of ones that didn't get released as part of the sale. Some people have found these but they are pretty rare: #2 x 16 #2 x 20 3/8 x 8
