I used a jigsaw to cut mine. Don't forget to leave expansion room around the edges. Direct sun will quickly heat the tiles and they will buckle if there is no expansion room.

They will roll OK if they have decent wheels. A heavy box with small wheels does not roll very well on anything except a very smooth surface.
