@GeoBruin thats some good advice. I already don’t have too much extra space with the tools I’ve gathered since joining GJ. I’ll keep watching marketplace while considering a small jet or grizzly band saw as you recommended.

Sounds like the 113 is the best for what I’ll be doing. It’s wood working, some metal working, and some exhaust fab work.

I don’t have room unfortunately. Because of this great site I’ve already amassed mad vises, drill presses, c-clamps, and a couple bandsaws. I love this site but it causes an addiction that is space limited by my garage. what are the strengths and weaknesses of each?

I have a chance to get the 572.247600 belt/disc sander or the 113 series with the 4” belt and 6” disc. Is one better than the other or it really doesn’t matter?

I would love to keep both but space comes into play. I’m gonna go ahead and keep the Baldor since it’s the Cadillac of grinders. Seber…that’s some good info. I hadn’t even considered using 6” wheels on the Baldor. They would do in a pinch which is one of the things I was worried about. Thanks
