I think afte reading a 100 threads on here with regard to tile I'm going RaceDeck. Only issue is now tuff shield, free flow or just the regular diamond. I'd prefer the tuff shield as the only thing I would have on it would be a creeper, a jack and chairs. Assuming they wont scratch it I'll go...

Thanks! So floor seems durable? I would ask how it is to run a jack or creeper over it but, with a lift I guess you may not need either much.

I just did a test with the tile I have. Flat head screw driver from waist high and then from shoulder height. No force just a fell out my hand drop with the flat head straight down. I'm not sure if I can say brand names but, the tuff shield took quite a bit of force before a small chip...

I'm with you.....on the TuffShield. I've got the g/f out in the garage getting her opinion and most of my work mates as they see the samples coming and me having them out at my desk. I just saw a pic of the RD FreeFlow in a garage and it looked awesome! It's pretty tempting... I'm not...

What made you choose freeflow? Looks good!

I'd like to know also on the gloss finish. If it requires work and/or being careful I'd probably just go the regular stuff. Not a bad thing just prefer less care on the floor.....TuffShield looks awesome as I have a sample...my issue is up keep with that particular tile.

Yep! I feel the same way with the choices. I'd be interested in what you find out if anyone close by has the tiles. Only people I know close I believe have a different tile other than the ones mentioned. I may go see them just to get an idea but, would really like the thoughts and opinions...

I don't like the way the company that sold it to me basically lied about discounts, time of install and my refund for parts not used. Also after reading about ADT under the Consumer Affairs website...and the troubles to either cancel or not renew your service I'd never use them again. I'll do...

That is an option but, probably down the road. I assume the cost is far more than the insulation. I was thinking of doing something now...like the insulation...and then a new door down the road..unless doors are cheap.

I wanted to insulate the inexpensive door that came in my new TH. I see Owens Corning offers a garage door insulation package. Anyone used it? Thoughts? Is it easier to just replace the door? Or a better idea? Thanks, in advance, for your help.

I agree..my builder needs a square, a correct measuring tape and on and on. I love how they say oh it's 19x19 and when I measure it means it's really like 18is by 18ish...I'm hoping I can get two cars in too...but more so a lift so, I'll just stack cars...and leave one side open... I'm trying...

Just spoke with Jenn...and she was EXTREMELY helpful! I am very impressed with the price. I'm seriously considering doing this in January. Actually I think I'm sold..I'm just waiting for a end of year bonus and I think I'm in! LOL!
