I have an older speedglas 100 helmet with the older style headgear that does not have the ratchet adjustment but it has broken and they no longer offer that style they have a newer style with a ratchet adjustment so my question is does anyone have this helmet and had to upgrade there headgear...

both mine are aircats never had a problem with them and are super strong.

Precision twist in hss or Norseman get cheap sets on eBay. I have a bunch of them that I lucked up getting real cheap.

Good choice, I have a variety of tpi' but I really favor the Lenox blades in just about anything.

The guy I talked to said he called Miller and it was an Airgas branch, I just find it hard to believe that that part would be no longer produced since it was on so many models.

Just called Miller and that part has been discontinued since 2011....so I know this is a long shot but does anyone have one or possible know where I could find one??

I have the traditional looking blue point one and a snap on pts1000 the blue point one is great and good for real tight spots or sheet metal and the snap on one kicks *** on everything!!!! The blue point is more in your price range and can be had on eBay for around 50 bucks I highly recommend both.

Haha yea I kinda figured that, haven't really looked to hard at the fixtures themselves or picked out a model yet I guess I was looking for a quick and dirty chart or table to go off of it one is out there.

I know there are many factors regarding amperage and things like that but how many 4' led shop lights could I link together on a 15amp circuit?

Yea it is level, I may make some square boxes out of angle iron to put the two front wheels in so the front sits slightly higher.
