I have used 3m super 77 spray adhesive on the foam board in the past, it grips well and won't melt the foam. It comes in a red and black can. Sean

I have been using the Unistrut system in my 01 tundra for about 3 years now and its great, the only thing you need to remember is that the short unistrut will stick up above the bed ridges slightly. Sean
