I have to agree with d4dawg. I saw these two cabinets side by side and the glossy red finish on the 56" box made the 41" box look cheesy, adn i am looking to buy the 41" box. LOL! Is it paint and clear or powder coat? The quality of both is great, but I hate the locking drawers on the bigger...

If this has been covered before, please lock. I looked at the 13 drawer roll cab for $349 today at Harbor Freight and noticed the rough, dull finish. My question is about what type of finish it has. I assume it is a rough finish powder coat, but am not sure. Can it be sanded flat and painted?
