They made the older 32 and 36 tooth 1/2" ratchets with hard handles. I haven't seen a factory produced 80 tooth, though. I don't think its too hard to remove one of the soft grips and fit a new hard handle. If I remember right the handle on my s836 is closest in size to the sdd6 screwdriver...

Its too hard to decide which wrench is the nicest looking. For Longer ones I like Bonney/Matco, Snap-on, and the pre-knucklesaver MACs. For shorter wrenches I also like the Stahlwille 13.

The part numbers for the screwdrivers like the ones in the ebay link are sdd6ao, sdd8ao, and sddp42irao. The logos are a bit different but they can be ordered new from snapon.com if the mismatched set doesnt bother you.

Since the torque required is only 20-25 ft/lbs, have you considered getting the 24mm and 26mm sockets in 3/8 drive? Another option could be something like the old Snap-on sf720 or lsf720 ratchet. Its a 1/2" drive ratchet in the body of a 3/8" ratchet.
