Amazing build My budget and ambition level is much lower than yours ! My little local town has a really neat closed co-op station, its used just for parking inside I tried to buy it but, the guy that owns it has the only other service station and was afraid I would compete ..tried to assure...

clean room , place to keep stuff .. air compressor , furnace .. etc

drive way was $2100

site work / concrete was $10,000 but, that included getting rid of old building Just concrete was $7,800
