    whats going on at harborfreight?

I think they're slowly improving the quality of their tools, or at least some of them, as they become a more viable option for tools. The sockets, the multifunction tools, some of the compressors--a lot of them are of very good quality and certainly better than they used to be. It's not...

    HF Abandoned Cart

You could try to use this to your advantage and suggest that you might be interested in purchasing the item in your cart if they were to apply a discount to counter the shipping cost, match a competitor, etc.

When will Sears Craftsman have more than 10% off sale?

Sign up for the Craftsman Club, if you aren't already a member. Sometimes they offer some good discounts deals in the flyers, as long as you are in the market for those tools. For example, in the Dec 12-18 flyer, they had 30% off impact bit sets, 25% off multi-tool accessories, and 25% off all...

Any Suggestions On A Small Toolbox?

I guess it just depends on local stock. Sears is your best option for a box like this anyway. I have one of those crasftman rally boxes and I like it. Holds lots of tools, isn't so wide that it takes up precious space on my bench, and has four drawers plus the tray.

Does anyone else think the Craftsman Club sux?

It used to be better, for sure. These days the flyers, when they come, feature the same tools and compressors over and over, and the deals aren't really any better than the weekly ads. I can't help but shake my head when I flip through the flyers, because they've completely *given* their tool...

    HF Inside Track Club

That doesn't surprise me, I get the impression that they want to take the word "ridiculously" out of their business slogan and just be a low price store with some higher quality items and bigger profit margins. They've taken their business model to the limit, IMO. Prices can only go so low...

Any Suggestions On A Small Toolbox?

Ditto on the trip to Sears. Take a look at the Craftsman 20" 3-drawer box (#61902) or if you can take the height, the Rally box (#65398). Lowes has Kobalt branded versions of these, too. There are some good bargains out there with all of the holiday sales, so I'd definitely try and buy...

Who makes a good oscillating multitool?

I've got the HF single speed (67256) and was thinking of buying the Task Force model from Lowes. The HF model is great and mostly meets my needs, but the blades wear out very quickly and I'd like to have a variable speed option which makes the Task Force model very appealing. It says on the...
