    Walker Turner Drill Press

Thanks for the links, 23100 seems to be the closest. I also became a member OWWM and found a 23130 manual here: 130.23130, which seems to be very similar to 23140, except it's a bench top model. Do you know if these were produced for a number of years, or you can pretty much tell the production...

    Walker Turner Drill Press

Again, thanks, everyone, for sharing. This site and people here are great! I decided not to get that WT and instead got a different DP today, couldn't pass what I thought was a good deal, got this DP in a pretty decent shape for $30. The model number is 103.23120. I'll clean it up later, will be...

    Walker Turner Drill Press

Thanks guys for the feedback. Rob, I did see your beautiful press before and it's one of the reasons why I'm now interested in this machine. I did offer $150 and the seller countered at $185 (he's asking for $225 in the ad). I guess I'll keep looking for now. Alex.

    Walker Turner Drill Press

I'm looking for a drill press and can get a Walker Turner 1-1140 series for $185. It seems to be in fair running condition, could use a clean up, missing the belt cover. Is it worth it or should I keep looking? Are these good machines? Thanks!

    Great service for maxjax

I also have to say that I've had only positive experience with them. I also had a problem with uneven lifting and they shipped a brand new cylinder to me and mine weren't even leaking.

I'm in the middle of my permanent install. Today I bought longer replacement Parker hoses and will be selling my original MaxJax hoses, if you need them, PM me. I'm thinking $100 + shipping, which is $4 per foot as opposed to $5+ plus tax for the hoses you get in a store.

MaxJax Transport, Install, Impression, and Comparison

The posts are the heaviest (somewhere around 300LB each) but still doable. I had the truck deliver MaxJax to my house. I then unbolted everything and used a ramp that I built to lower the posts from the truck.

Just went through my MaxJax stuff and found four of the same E clips laying on the shelf... I checked the manual and apart from them mentioned in the parts list, didn't see anything about installing them. I would imagine they could be used if you plan on keeping the lift assembled for extended...

I was looking for a hydraulics store in my neighborhood and found this one: http://www.hoseandfittingsetc.com/. By the look of their front page they might have something that will fit. BTW, love the wall mount idea, that's what I will do for my setup.

I don't remember anything like this included with my set. I just put the pegs in and that's it. Can you attach a picture of them?

Yes, my washer also turned into a funnel after the first hole :) After that I used the thick steel plate which was a part of the temporary lift hoist. I have a similar lifting problem, the symptom is the same as yours, one side starts first and the other a second or two after and the side that...

If the holes are drilled properly, the concrete is of the required strength and the anchors are set per anchor manufacturer instructions, there is no way they will be flush with the surface. In my case I wasn't even able to complete 4 full turns for some of the anchors. And you don't want them...
