The HOA has to approve and the county. There is some precedence set in the neighborhood next to me that I hope will help the cause if need be.

I spoke with Josh from Greg Smith. The ALI certification, slightly heavier steel & cables and a longer warranty are the differences in case anyone cares.

The problem is when you bought it. Most of the Bendpak complaints are within the past year due to a change in manufacturing.
