No law dictating how you have to pay for your merchandise. It would be a civil matter and the store can choose to trespass you if they want. I don't advocate doing this as it would make a big scene for no reason and it would be dumb to get trespassed. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk

I'd rather not get trepassed from the store but I was almost to the point of grabbing the others, throwing a $1 down and walking out. Next time I am just going to get the items, take them up to the cash register and immediately request a manager and ask for last clearance price.
