Yulp, the handle locks. The Spin-Flex ratchet works quite well. The Big Dawg I could probably of fixed if I wasn't within 100 miles of my shop but I'm kinda looking to see if Proto will make me a customer for life or not.

So after working on the Proto Ratchet a bit I decided to send it to Proto. The allen screws that hold the assembly together were a tad bit loose, after tightening them up I realized the ratchet did not have much play in it. I took the darn thing apart and put it back together and it still sounds...

I'm not sure you know much about manufacturing, forging, heat treating processes. There is a big difference, and while some us more than others pay high prices for tools I think the difference is evident. Alot of companies spend more time replicating other higher class designs for cheaper...

I gave up on that type of air ratchets. I came close to losing fingers with the kick back. Of course, I was using a cheap one not a MAC. Looks good, let us know how its works out in the long run....

Put him back on Trucks! They ruined trucks, and many of their other shows, recently with new crews. Stacy may have lost some steam but he did the best work and had the best personality out of all them!
