Almost done. Excavation, pad prep, french drain, interior floor drains, and finish work/grading ~$5k Building with labor-$28k Concrete-$8k All in, this ran me ~$42k. I have not run electricity to the garage and all I have left is to seal the floors with high gloss. Then the real work begins...

What drains and how many should I have the pad prep guys stub in for my post frame motorhome garage? Also where should they be placed? I will have a motorhome in one bay and my Jeep and trailers in the other. I'd like to be able to spray the floors out. One guy told me the trench style...
