The rebate states 5 quarts of oil. My vehicles use less than 5 qts each. Walmart sells the 5 qt jug for about $25. Can I also pick up five 95) 1 qt bottles for the same price? It's a bit confusing as most stores typically sell the quart bottles for $6 to $10 each ... making it a not-so-good...

Are all ratchets on sale ... no. Are they cheap ... that's a matter of opinion. Just dropped off some used motor oil yesterday and a number of GW tools were on sale at 30 to 40% off. You'll have to decide if they are a good deal. Not sure if they would allow you to use a coupon at those prices.
