No worries, I got a refund on it, but man, I haven't gotten an empty case before. Not sure how it made its way through the system, but you win some and lose some.

So I got the Grey Pneumatic Metric Socket Set today and it was just an empty case. I can't believe they would try and resell it missing all the sockets.

I picked the pro box up yesterday and it's a beast. After getting it home, I did notice some minor shipping damage, and I could have lived with it, but spoke to customer service anyway and they issued a credit for it. Regarding the top lockers, I was only able to cancel them after they shipped...

Yes, they wanted pictures. What I did was click on my profile, select Stuff You Bought, then click on I need help by the vice. Then just select My stuff arrived damaged or defective! on the next page. Go though the prompts and when you get to the end, click email us.

They said I could return it or they would knock off $36 and keep it. I chose the latter as the vise was basically just cosmetically damaged. I did look it over really well before giving them an answer though.

Received mine yesterday, but you could tell it had been dropped or fell off something because the box was beat up and had been re-taped. Vise was still in great shape though, only missing a small area of paint on the edge of the front jaws. Shot Woot an email about it and they rectified the issue.
