    Slecting the correct wire Ga..

    .I need to wire a 70 amp circuit..(welder) the distance is 90ft... would I be ok using 6ga. copper or should I jump up to 4ga.? also what size conduit Also.. have a 7.5 hp 30amp compressor... wire length is 40ft... will 10ga do this? Thanks Veno

    My bench is a piece of 4'x8'x.375" mild steel....29" high... used 6- 2"x4"x.25" wall tubing for legs with 1"x1"x.125" angle for a mid brace with expanded metal on top for a shelf.. Welded 3"x3"x.375" angle for a foot with a 1/2" bolt taped through for leveling

    no its not asbestos.. its insulboard.... outlawed in the mid 1960s.. its a extreme fire hazard....... once it sets a light.... your going to have a heck of a time putting it out.... think of it as a big thick shingle....

    there are 2 types of panel. "R" panel and "PBR" I like the PBR panel as it has a load bearing edge...PBR stand for Purlin bearing "R" panel.. the difference is a support on one side of the panel.. makes real easy for making up the lap joints.... Galvalume is a color and a finish....mostly...

    Charles... you got me thinkin... ok 2 circuits.. ok fine, 15 amp.. no biggie... If is it safe or advisable to run 2 THHN #12 lines of different buss in the same Thinwall EMT? or should they come from the same buss? Which is my thinking.. I have done many residential Romex wire jobs...

    OK so I ordered some stuff.... 16 of each... for a total of 6400 watts, in 6400 Kelvin so that 3.2 watts per sqft... reflector: this reflector is 12" in diameter and 3.5" deep Bulbs: these bulbs are 105 watt CFL's that produce incandescent Wattage equivalent of 420 watts with a 6400...
