I need a set that includes the basics like sockets, extensions, oil filter sockets, drill, and other basic things.
Im not spending extra money on SnapOn, but i dont want cheap stuff either, since this is for my job.
Any recommendations?

I did my first inner tie rods yesterday and they didnt come with new clamps.
I just put hose clamps around the boots because they arent rotating. I saw that there is a tool to install new clamps with a bunch of slack but is it possible to reeuse old ones?

Here is the wrench im working on. It started to work intermintently, so I took it apart to see if I could see anything wrong with it
I got the wrench apart, and noticed two suspect parts
this was the bearing plate thing in the way back. the part was chipped.

im having trouble finding the correct name for the tool.
the tool is like a mini flat head that has a clip on the grip so you can put it in your pocket.
the tool guys sometimes hand them out for free and they have the company logo on them
I was thinking if this would be possible.
Youd have to have one of those over hangs like the gas stations that reach far out, so if it rains, the splatter wouldnt even get on the workers.
but the people would get to see their cars worked on from any angle, and itd be a cool environment...
