Thanks for the quick reply. I was hoping to get an estimate of how much the radiant floor option compared to other heating options. Does anyone have any idea how a radiant floor heat build compares to a overhead heater? Plenty of nat gas in our area so I would be using that fuel source either...

If my concrete floor is $5k, is there any ball park percentage to add to estimate the cost of adding radiant piping and the hot water setup to put it into use? Would the setup double the floor cost? Thanks in advance for the help :beer:

For whatever reason I prefer Lowes to HD and that has led me to occasionally try Gator Bite fittings and I was very pleasantly surprised. Easy to use, and after several years, no leaks and very satisfied with the product. :thumbup:

I purchased the Vacumaid Garage Vac about 6 months ago and have been very pleased so far. The hose and accessories are very good quality and the vac unit has plenty of suction even at the end of a 50' hose. :)

I have been accused of being too boring but I am a fan of the solid borders so I would vote for #5 or #6. Can't wait to see it finished. :thumbup:
