I thought I would also add that the rep from Pay pal said I would be fully refunded, whether the "seller" still had funds in his account or not, and if he didn't then Pay pal would refund my money at the end of my 10-day wait.

Well ****! I was really thinking this would pan out, but I'm also on hold with Pay pal now and they're getting me a dispute number for reference. I sure wanted to get in on these before Miller stopped their build with blue promo, so maybe Zoro will offer another 30% sale before the end of July.

According to the seller, there won't be any fees or taxes.
