Just came back from Sears and picked up the combo Lithium drill, saw, light, battery charger/battery set ($199). Also, picked up the Titanium spare saw blade como ($24.99) . While we were there, we picked up a Diehard Gold ($20. off) for the 'ol pickup. Whew! Great deals though.

What about tomorrow's "Friends & Family Sale" ? I went to Sears about that Lithium Combo set thats going to be half off ($199.) . They told me that it's going to be on sale Sun. 6-9 pm also. I think theres an additional discount on Sunday.

I've been down there last summer working on clearing some of the woods. We were dying out there; fighting the battle of us against the poison ivy! It seems crazy that we have to insulate a building that well. It's not like here in Michigan...geez it's cold here! Can't wait to get this property...

You mentioned insulation. I read about the standard batts, the spray cellulose, the spray foam. It seems like the fastest and most effective is the spray foam. I heard the interior of the metal "skin" has a tendency to "sweat". Is this true even in NC? Any thoughts?

Thanks for the insight. With cost of the building being a big factor when considering a 50x100, a bigger factor seems to be the cost of the concrete. I can't afford to do this twice!

Nice concrete. Why the tint v.s. epoxy paint later? Was this a cost-based decision? Having the concrete tinted prior to the pour added how much to the concrete cost? Thanks !
