A good dial 60psi tire gauge?

This was my favorite, Accu-Gage 1025 that was perfect until a couple months ago. It would hold pressure reading for days...then quit altogether. I contacted manufacturer since lifetime warranty, emails back and forth, they claim Covid fouled their production up. I took it apart, thought I had it...

    How old plumbing tools?

Curious how old these may be? I had to cut and thread 1/2" pipe and I remembered in the garage I had grandads plumbing tools that I cleaned & painted years ago. He was born late 1800s. Rigid pipe cutter I got in the 60s, so it's that age. The vice and all the taps I don't know. Vice says No...

9" Grinder. Where do I get one/or fix?

I've had this Sears 9" grinder over 30 years and use it all the time. Recently it started throwing sparks from brush/armature area so I took it apart, cleaned armature like new, brushes are in good shape best I can tell (3/4" long, springs ok). It's made in USA and served me well. Back together...

Odd grease guns & oil spouts

I got these today from homeplace. The oldest you turn handle to grease, one you push. The spouts one seems odd since it's small. Sent from my SM-S320VL using Tapatalk

    Uncle's amazing workbench!!!

In early 60s I stayed with my Aunt & Uncle in upstate Pennsylvania for a while. He was a retired DuPont engineer. One day I go out to uncle's garage, we had some project we were working on and I noticed except for a vice his workbench was spotless! "Where the heck are your tools?" I asked. Uncle...

    Selling R12?

Years ago I bought a 30# tank of R12 freon, never used it, it's still in a sealed box. I have three 70s cars that uses R12. I always thought if the time comes on those cars I would convert them to R134. Should I sell the R12? Is it ok to ship? Thanks. Sent from my SM-S320VL using Tapatalk

    Sears

Just wanted to mention Sears. I searched their site Monday for some Craftsman tools I didn't have. I filtered by sale price, but had trouble ordering on line. Then a chat pop up appeared and I got assistance from an employee. Bottom line, I received excellent service, great prices and free...

    Tip/turning things off/Light

I wanted to mention something I've found useful. I ordered these 120V neon pigtail snap in lights. You drill a 1/2" hole for it. If it's next to a light switch at garage, instead of fumbling around in the dark, you know where switch is. You simply wire it across switch. So when switch is...
