I use the 8 or 12 HO batteries as well. Definitely a great tool, and I rarely pull out the big electric grinders anymore.

Any process that has slag, a needle scaler is worth getting. Lots of quality clamps and some cheap ones that you can cut up to make jigs.

I just ordered one from northern tool. Should come in handy for charging phones, tablets etc

I have the 9” grinder and my only complaint is it’s a battery hog.

Just had time before work to open my gift. I received a sweet Damascus locking knife and a nice flashlight a long with some candy. The candy disappeared before the picture was taken. Many thanks to my secret Santa Oggy.

The gift I sent is still in transit according to the postal service. Two days to move just a few hours to the next hub. Than three more days to move once again. USPS is a joke.

I bought all my replacements on eBay. Even though I have a ton of newer Milwaukee stuff my v28 tools are still used weekly. The hammer drill and sawzall are indestructible.

I have several dead v28 batteries. I can send you the case of one of them if it would work.
