Thanks.
I here ya on the nickle, I spent a lot of times burning rod before I got into tig. Even at a nickle a pound I'd have more nickles than I care to count lol.
Don't get to do as much hand welding as I once did, so ran some stringers, a little rusty also took some in action pics using the speedglas I much prefer my Jackson for tig work but it's at work.
NIB Carolina work boots #ca7528 size 10 1/2 EE, these are $140 will sell for $80+shipping
Have a duffle bag from Lincoln electric, got this when I was in welding school, used in good shape, made by redline $20+shipping
Depends on the process, but I have two speedglas and two Jackson nexgens. I use the nexgens for tig, speedglas for everything else. I did use my speedglas for tig for awhile and it works ok, but wanted the extra sensor the nexgen offers.
I did get an Arco 4x6 horizontal bandsaw the other day for $100 didn't snap any pics though as it was snowing and cold, just wanted to get it in the garage.
Been lurking here for awhile, love the site. I will be doing some work to my garage this year. Getting rid of a project car that's been sitting and converting it to a shop. I am a welder by trade so will post some pics of projects as they come up.
