    The ones I really liked were BAHCO's, they were much better made than the current crecents. Mine were bought 10+ years ago and were made in Sweden. Not sure where the current ones were made.

    My SK 1/2" takes all the abuse I throw at it. Cheap too, think it was $12 shipped from here. This and a 3/8" SK 45170 I paid $3 at a pawnshop were the public ratchets that gets used like a dirty ***** at my shop. Just keep them well lubed and they will keep working. Also consider Cman =v=...

    WTS - Craftsman Easy Read 8 pt sockets

    I used similar for gas nozzles on ranges, ovens and other gas parts, NPT fitting etc. It does grip better then 12pt as the brass are kind of soft and oftentimes the parts are heat annealed.

    Suggestion: Garage-made marketplace?

    Since collectively we have so much production tools, capital equipment and capacity, we should not let it go to waste. We should have a section in the market place where we can offer for sale items we have made ourselves in our garages. Kind of like a bake sale like the ladies do.

    Rust removal and polishing questions

    If you have a bicycle, turn it upside down so it is supported by the seat and handle bars. Crank up the rear wheel so it spins. Once it get some speed use the tire like a grinding wheel to polish off rust, tarnish etc. Wear safety glasses.
