Not really, It’s designed to give maximum stroke when deep under a vehicle, not today’s vehicles with pinch welds/outer lift points.

The best way is to drain it, Add 8oz. It can be filled with the lift arm down, jack on all four wheels similar to rear end, but you almost have to overfill it and let the excess drain account the fill port is so narrow it doesn’t play well with two way traffic.
