I ordered my set last Friday... Recieved a confirmation email that my order was being processed and that is the last I have heard from sears. They have charged my card last week as well. Checked over that confirmation email and there was a link to ceck the status of your order so I clicked...

Looks great! Do you have any pictures of the painting procedure and set up? Like what's I'd the best way to hold the drawers while painting them, or do you paint the bottoms of the boxes?? Very impressive!

Most commonly I would use a stud with clamp like you mentioned. Every once in awhile we use 3/8 studs with some home made blocks that have been in the shop for years... I know they have t-nuts with 3/8 threaded holes for the mini-mill set up, not sure how those would work in your application...

I picked up this 1/2" impact from a friend when back in 07-08. It was our junior year in high school and his dad owns a dump truck company. This was one of the mechanics and my buddy didn't want it so he passed it along to me. Picked it up for 50$ back then. I really don't know much about it...
