If you have the insulation and wall material you could just go ahead and finish the walls up, and surface mount your electrical in conduit.

How many inch wheelbase you planning to run? What motor and transmission?

I am a big fan of the mobile metro brand rolling shelves. Especially if you can get them used. Mobile, configurable, and easy to clean under.

If you are just welding steel and stainless, consider an old transformer machine used.

Google weld through primer, I cannot steer you to an exact brand but Napa carries one. After welding you can use cold galvanizing compound in a spray can if you can get some access.

Actually, there could be one option. A vacuum formed polycarbonate rear window could be made be a vacuum forming company, much the same way as a helicopter crane pilots window or dome for air hockey table is made. If more room in just the window area would actually help this could be an option?

3 phase = reverse able motor for power tapping

If both lifts are up, you may be short on fluid capacity and run pump dry.

For me, com-way terminal locally, and they will put on trailer. I have another 4 post hoist to unload trailer with, and unstack bundle of metal. Btw, furniture dollies work great to move and position 4 post runways during assembly process.
