Exactly why I keep mine outside. Only problem is the legs have extensions where the wheels mount and they always seem to get loose when I want to move it and then the wheel and extension slide out and off and it starts dragging.

Thanks, I like this hierarchy, good rule of thumb. I have a hard time when I am buying individual tools and the seller wants a price for each, there's a lot more leeway in lots. I would really like to not regret purchases when I get back home and do research.
