The Gottrikes plans are good. Designed for a Harbor Freight air/hydraulic jack. Unless you have most of the material already, I don't know how much you are saving though.

Ratchet is in good condition. Wear and tear equal to spending 55 years in a tool box. A little slop in the drive plug. Don't know what would be normal though. Its 1/2" drive gearless ratchet with a push-through drive plug. About 10" long. No grind marks, cut marks, engravings or initials.
