I have done a couple going down from above and then to the next box. Using about 20ft of romex to go 6ft. Haha It will have spray foam and drywall. Nothing exposed. Just wondering if it would be legal to run MC cable through that area from box to box. Obviously still anchoring near the box etc.

Ok the flywheel in 16 1/2" in dia. Guessing on the size of the pistons but it looks like the small one is around 3" and the bigger one is about 4 1/2" Also how should I clean the valves? Guessing they are under the elbos that bolt to the head? will I need gaskets?

For most I just use a 5/16 sq 3/8 dr socket and a stubby ratchet

I have no info on the pump. No tags or ID's. It's a monster. :) Everything seams to work good and makes pressure. What might the cone shaped thing in the third pic with the small lines going to it be? Trying to figure out what size motor I'm going to need. Thanks Wade

Thanks again Rick. Got the new holder for the T-couple installed the furnance works great. Just have to figure out why the pilot keeps going out. It'll cycle3 or 4 times then nothing. Go check it and the pilots out. Boy this thing is getting to be a pain. Pilot looks good and T-couple is in the...

I found the orifice! Now I think I just need to udjust the pilot or t-couple. The pilot still doesn't want to stay lit but atleast this time when I heated the t-couple with the propane torch it stayed lit long enough to run the furnace. So tomarrow I'll play with that. I still don't think the...

Ok guys got that conversin parts and had them installed. The heater worked great that day. The next day turned it on and no heat. Checked and pilot was out, tried to relight and it wouldn't stay lit. Ok no prob. need a new thermo-couple. I get a new one and it wont go all the way into the flame...
