I disassembled all of the upper cabinets and rolled on the first coat of rustoleom I am blown away how good it looks with one coat and a roller!! The ones on the floor are taking a while to dry from the cold air coming up from the concrete floor. Don;t mind my 400whp exige in the background :)

I just took all the metal doors off and started scuffing. I know if I don't paint them I will just be walking by them everyday and imagine how good they look bright red lol.

Yah I saw the 5' wide ones and the shorter ones but I went with 4' full height ones. My fav one has one half a full height cabinet and the other side 3 medium sized drawers but I think I got the last one :)

Did you notice on the back of the glass cabinets their is a hole on both sides towards the top and the bottom? It looks like a metal rod goes in there to hang these off of a beveled 1x4? Thoughts?

Yah sand paper is cheaper but scuff pads make it easy. Thanks for the tips! I'm curious to see how long this will take.

You think a scuff pad will do a good enough job? I'm guess I would want a course one and I could use some paper to get out the deeper scratches

Would you spray the outside too or still roll it on? What about spray-bombing the inside and rolling the outside? I'm sure they have the same red in a spray and canned paint?

How did you prep the surface? Did you sand these or scuff them? If sanded what grit? These are powder coated and fairly smooth.

Wow those look great! Nice job! Does it dry with a flat finish? No texture from the roller?
