I've purchased from Whale Supply (both from their Amazon storefront as well as their own website) with good results. They're more expensive than buying direct from Amazon Japan if you can get it shipped directly but they're cheaper than having to use a forwarding service such as Blackship.

I second this. You can get some tapes with heavy duty adhesive that have stayed on everything I've used them for.
