I just purchased an EC4S12L from eBay in a similar condition too - I wonder if it was from the same seller... Anyway, the 1/4" square drive on mine doesn't stay locked either. I took both ends off this past weekend, disassembled, cleaned and lubed them. It helped tremendously with the...- DekNgo
