Need offset wrenches. Other than Snap on or Mac, who is decent?

Another vote for Stahlwille, fit on the fastener is superb, very light and wears well due to the matte chrome. Even at $120, this set is a steal. I liked them so much that I added a set of the combo wrenches.

Dont shoot me but I'm just not impressed with William's USA crewdrivers

Same experience here, bought the 8 piece set a couple years ago, ended up replacing with Snap-on instinct screwdrivers. I just couldn't get used to the square handle.

    Replacing Chuck on Milwaukee 2701

Does this drill use the standard 1/2-20 thread or the new 9/16-18? Looking at replacing the factory chuck with this...https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00DD7KS5O/ref=ox_sc_saved_image_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1

Somebody Has to Say It....I don't like SK Round Head Ratchets

I have Snap-on dual 80, Matco 88 and SK ratchets in 3/8 drive...my hand always goes for the SK first, I prefer the knurling and there is almost no backdrag. It just feels like an extension of my hand. Liked it so much that I added the 1/2 drive version and now looking to round it out with a 1/4.

    Icon tool box pricing

Retail with top was about $7,200, but he was running a promo on that specific (in stock) box. From what I've read on here, many have picked up brand new KRL and EPIQ boxes at steep discounts.

    Icon tool box pricing

Looks like a quality box, but for $2,800 including stainless steel top, it's pushing into KRL722 territory (if you're able to time the promos). I'll gladly pay the extra $800 to buy a US made product that provides post sale support (local dealer quoted $3,600, but I decided to save for a 1022).

Channellock 428X- catching up to Knipex Cobra?

Not giving up my cobras for these, but I'll still pick up a pair. Love the cross hatch teeth on my Snap-on slip joints, hopefully these Channellocks provide a similar level of gripping power.

3/8 drive head in 1/4 ratchet body

On Snap-on's website the compact 3/8 is rated at a max torque of 90ft lbs. Thats equivalent to their 1/4 inch drive ratchets. With that said, what's the big advantage of using a compact 3/8 vs standard 1/4 drive?

    Top 10 Snap-on Tools

Interesting that the new crown handle pry bars weren't on his list. Also surprised that 1/4 semi deep sockets outsell 3/8.

    Toolbox organization

I've tried Hanson and Westling trays, Ernst individual rails and old school metal rails. For me, Westling works best - anodized aluminum construction, choice to add labels or not, custom fitter for metric and SAE with multiple color options. They're also working on a three row tray for those...

How many ratchets do you own?

Non-pro...Have a mix of Snap on and Armstrong locking flex heads. 1 x 1/2 drive 3 x 3/8 drive 3 x 1/4 drive At some point I'll add a Snap on 1/4 extra long flex head.

Where do you buy your tools?

Craigslist and eBay for vintage tools. For new or "like new" open box stuff, Amazon and Zoro are my go to sources...Zoro is a great option only when you're using their coupon promo's.

    Chad'sToolbox.com ?

Surprised to see all of the negative feedback, I've placed 3 orders with them spaced a few months apart (all within the last 2 years) without any issues. If I'm in a time crunch though, i go to the tool truck as a first option and Amazon as a second.

    Screwdrivers

I have both of those sets and prefer the handle ergonomics of Tekton (can get more leverage). Tekton is more prone to rust, but wiping it down with some balistol or equivalent every now and then should alleviate any issues.

Offset Jaws on Snap-on Wire Strippers

It's worse than what I was able to capture in the pictures (camera would not focus at the ideal angle). Considering the cost premium, I want it to be perfect.
