I just did something EPIQ and my heart is racing!

That is very impressive to say the least. I am quite jealous of all your tools, I wouldn't have a use for half of them, but still.

    Tire service step

I have one, they are pretty handy for certain things, I really figured I would use it more though. The one I have is a Mac, although they just put their sticker on it, they can be had cheaper, just saying. There is a ton of adjustment in it, if I remember right it can be put on tires up to 14"...

    You need to try M1

I have been wanting to try this stuff out for a while, the price always scared me though. Sounds like it is some pretty good stuff. Where do you buy it at? Seems like most places I have seen sell it by the case.

NorthCentral Door Company Garage Doors ... anyone!?

Never heard of that brand or seen one, but they seem to have good specs and a pretty good R value. Looks like they have good heavy hardware as well, which is where a lot of door manufactures lack. Should last you a good long time so long as they are installed well.

nail bars, claw bars, nail paws, etc..

This one was always my favorite- http://www.estwing.com/pb_i-beam_construction_pry_bar.php We have one of those Stanley pry bars(or similar) in our truck and I'm just not a big fan of it. IMO, it doesn't even compare to the Estwing, the Estwing is just better in every aspect, definitely way...

Possibly, I'm sure there are no two feet alike.

Need a new pair of boots

That is strange, I have only had 3 pairs of Redwings and all 3 I put on out of the box and I didn't notice any break in. They may be just a little stiff, but they sure didn't hurt my feet. They were nothing like the cheaper boots I used to wear.

    W300 roll-up door install?

We don't normally install roll up doors, but we do when somebody asks us to, so I am no expert here. We just recently installed a 9x7, at that size it was no problem installing it by hand. For the size of doors you are talking about, I think a forklift or a good sized scissor lift would be a...

Need a new pair of boots

I wear Redwings, best boots I have ever had, by far, been wearing them for probably 5 years now. They aren't the cheapest, but they are long lasting and super comfortable. I have also opted to get the USA made boots too. I have heard nothing but good about the Thorogoods too. I think I am...

    Doorlink Overhead door?

Can't say as I have ever heard of that brand of door. Can't remember ever working on one either. Looks to be a pretty decent door based on what their site says. What other brands are you comparing it to?

    milwaukee 18v impact problem

We just recently had a similar issue with one of ours. The only difference was if we pulled the battery and put it back it still wouldn't run(with a known good battery), but would run if you let it sit for a while. We took it in for repair to our dealer and they couldn't replicate the problem...

    garage door problems

If the light bulb is flashing when it reverses, then the safety eyes are the problem. If not, then it is most likely a problem with the down force setting, which most of the time can be found on the back side of the opener, there will be two adjusters that kind of look like screws. One screw is...

    Garage door will not close

It would be helpful to know what brand of opener you have. Generally if you have to hold the button down to close the door, it is the safety eyes. Just because they are lined up doesn't always mean they are working correctly. If one light is blinking, that also tells me that they are not...

    Show your new tool arrivals

I have a pair that is very similar to those, probably the best gloves that I have ever had. They are super comfortable and are pretty tough. I would definitely go buy another pair.

    2015 Garage SaleThread

Worked for a guy today who was setting up for a sale, we got first dibs on everything he had. I ended up with these. He told me $15, but I gave him $30, felt for $15 I was ripping him off. All USA, except for two of them. Anybody know what brand this is? There is a 5/8" wrench in the end...

    garage door opener

That one is probably the best one you can buy off the shelf IMO. Seems like a good price too, since it comes with 2 remotes and a keypad.

    garage door opener

IMO, the best out there is a chain or belt driven LiftMaster(made by Chamberlain), can't buy it off a shelf in a store, but may be able to buy one from a local dealer. Other than that, a belt or chain drive Chamberlain would be the next best thing that you can pick up from a big box store. The...

    Curtis air compressor

Dang, I'd say so. From what I have read about them, they are good compressors, they have definitely stood the test of time.
