yea thats what im used to doing but they just dont pay near enough around here. At the local IH you would be better off flipping burgers than having to buy tools and deal with all the headaches.

Yea I mean you just gotta have it in your blood. I love diesels even with all there current stupid design flaws. I'm not sayin it'll be the only thing I work on but i got the drive to work on them. Alot of techs don't wanna fool with them

im going through the steps to start working at a ford dealership soon and feel pretty good about getting the job. im not in a asst program i think its more automotive and im more focused in the diesel area. i graduate in may and am trying to make good use of my discounts:thumbup:

yea im ordering a 3/8 impact and socket set from snap on. not swivil though i'll buy those sets later i mean i can get by without swivil's but not without a good tq wrench ya know.

whats the most common thing yall use everyday something expensive off the truck that would benefit me getting with my student discount. I have a pretty good setup of stuff very little 1/4in stuff mostly 3/8&1/2 startin to add on some more metric stuff . Any tips?
