just read this entire post! Beautiful work I'm learning a lot watching how you do things. I can't wait to get some shop tools (brake, shear etc) to work with. What books or videos would you recommend for a beginner to read?:thumbup:

Does anyone know what a Century welder sold though Snap On as "Super One" mig welder might be worth? It belongs to my stepdad and he wants me to sell it for him and I don't have a clue what it is worth. Having trouble posting pics will keep tryng to add.

very informative, I was thinking of making some pans with welded corners for an engine stand, but I like this method much better. Cool video, I'll go back to lurking now:D
using O/A is something that is very useful, once you start you'll find a lot of it is common sense ie don't use around open or exposed combustible liquids or solids. Let someone show you after reading the safety manual and you will be fine:thumbup:
