never saw specs for tapcons but a lot of bolt applications state 7 diameters. Simpson hardware made for tapcons have them within 1-1/2" of each other. Hope this helps a little Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Get a piece of L flashing the depth of your ribs(1-1/2") that turns up behind the panel about 2". Make the length of it a couple inches longer than your louvre and the water will drain outside of the louvered area. Us a good butyl or urethane caulk sparingly, don't gob it all over everything...
