Regarding my anchor problem...it appears my concrete is old, brittle, may not have the proper PSI,and not thick enough. I have been cutting the 4X4 sections and will pour new, thicker, higher PSI concrete tomorrow.

I read in another thread to switch the hoses to check the diverter valve...If the problem changes sides, it may be the diverter valve....

I just tried bolting my first column down. Concrete was just about 4" +/- 1/4....Tightened the bolts down hard with a 1/2 drive ratchet, so far so good. For yucks I grabbed the top of the colum and shoved it back and forth....well, it came loose....Guess the concrete will have to be replaced.....

Dubs, I am sorry to hear about your problems and hope they are solved quickly. I picked up my lift, friday 4/17 and put it together sunday. I did an inventory of all parts and everything was there! The instructions were good, not great, but very useable for a fairly mechanically oriented person...

I picked up my MaxJax Friday, put it together on Sunday but haven't drilled the floor yet. All the parts were there and in good shape. The shipping setup was great - If you got a bent/broken part due to shipping, then the gorillas were playing with it! Will be drilling tonight,,,cant wait to use it!

I will let you know in a few days...I am picking up my MaxJax tomorrow AM and plan to lift my 2500 Crew cab diesel P/U with it....

Thanks for the tip....I am waiting on the second delivery set and want to know how close to the EDGE of the otherwise approved concrete floor I can bolt the lift to? I am planning to anchor and leave one post at or near the outside edge of the garage floor, so I only have to move/bolt one...

can it be layed over (cause my P/U has a shell) ?

I understand your frustration, I really do, but comments like this tend to show me that ENTITLEMENT is alive and well in our society! A manufacturer concepualizes , engineers, Patents, tests and manufactures a great product for a niche that we are part of. They determine what a fair market...

Scott, you are right on the exact nature of a DoS, but the end result is the same...I hope everyone will give them the benefit of the doubt for the technical problems...

To err is human, to REALLY foul up requires a COMPUTER!!! Give the IT guys a break....could be a TON of folks trying for this product and causing what amounts to a DoS attack.... I'm done for the day..will try later.
