Ohh jeese, the garage roof of mine has no vapor barrier at all, just drywall then the insuliation, then the roof sheathing. How to I retrofit or keet it from rotting out??? Sorry to hijack....

I have the same issue with my scredrive from Genie also. Was workign from down the street, but now lucky at the end of the driveway. Also seems it will not accept my programming from my trucks Homelink also. It also drops the car and I have to keep reprogramming it too. Such a pain...in addition...

Stafford VA code required 5/8 in a garage two foot and closer to inhabited spaces, the remainder could be 1/2. I went with 5/8 myself

Steve, Thanks for the assist. Is the Dow Rigid foam a Home Depot/Lowes product? My use is for the garage expansion that I have in progress. Initial attached imation garage was 20x20; expanded to 26x30. Have the new roof and the new walls that I want to insulate and I plan on using the garage...
