I really like the over under garage. If I were to build, I plan on doing something similar, however the under garage would be a workshop only. Awesome job.

I like the latest design the best. Lots of space length wise. Whether you do the grill or not, I would run a gas line there regardless. That way when budget is no longer an issue it is a simple install.

Could you have made a quick foundation to roll the POD onto? Be out of some 2x4's and plywood but wouldn't have the sinking issue.
