    regular 1/4 should be fine. I have been using a tekton set i bought off a independent tool truck since 2011 and haven't broken 1.

    it a charger/maintainer. Used during updating software on vehicles. When I get to work tomorrow ill post pics of the old one that I have, so you can see what I am trying to replicate.

Closest HF is 45 mins away and there is no way I'm going that far if a tool breaks. SO is just 5-15 mins...

    What type of cable lug is this?

    I need a terminal/ lug like this but solid. I am trying to make cables for a battery maintainer. I also need cable that is that can handle 75amps and a positive and negative clamps. Is there a website that sells all this? Would it be better to buy jumper cables and cut them and solder lugs on...

    Do you keep your torque wrenches in their csses?

    All of them stay in their cases, except the 1/2 drive that gets used multiples times a day. that one stays in the top drawer and doesn't get banged around.

    I've had mines for over a year, grease the head regularly. Know its limits, it wont take off stuck fasteners.

    No where as nice a snap on or matco. Drawers are flimsy. I have had lots of nuts fall off from the chrome trim.

    So I ended up getting an air hammer with bits, regular combo wrenches, ratcheting wrenches, off set wrenches,flare nut wrenches, 3/8 and 1/2 drive sockets, torx bits, hex bits, long hex bits, dual 80 ratchets, tap and die set. If i remember something else ill update this. It has been a while.

    Torque Wrench vs Torque Sticks for wheels?

    Yes, I am less liable if I did everything correctly and wheel still falls off. [emoji90] happens. Knock on wood I got into a habit of double and triple checking critical torques.
