Bob Arlotta's Massive Snap On Box Wins All

In my opinion, that's the whole point. I bought a bigger box so I didn't have to cram my tools into the drawers like that. I like using the space wasting plastic organizers (on some stuff.) I like to lay my tools in the drawers with a little space between them, it makes it easier for me to...

I need a heavy duty garden hose.

I will get the water co. out to look at the pressure. I will really hate to have it turned back down but I would hate to burst a line in the brand new washing machine too. Thanks for the recommendations on garden hoses, I will go check them out.

I need a heavy duty garden hose.

I'm not really sure why, but the house I live in has awesome water pressure. It is great for washing the car or driveway off, as I don't really need a pressure washer. My shower faucets will hurt you if you turn them on full blast. For the most part I love this, except for the fact that I...

    Should I buy a 120" lathe for $1000.

I have a good friend who will let me keep it in his shop so space isn't really a problem. I believe the thing is around 19 ft long overall. Honestly I don't know if he can pull the amps to run this thing or not, but I suspect it will.

    Should I buy a 120" lathe for $1000.

About how much did you get when you scrapped it? The reason I ask is because I hope that I should be able to recover a large chunk of my money by scrapping it if something ends up being wrong with it.

    Should I buy a 120" lathe for $1000.

I have a chance to buy a 120 inch lathe at work for a grand. I forget the name of it but the date of manufacture was around 1964 I think. I believe it's american made. It is also 220v. I know that I am going to need about 3 driveshafts made in the near future, it should be good for that. It...

no more craftsman tools will be added to my garage. false advertising.

Did you oil it before using it? When I took my 231c out of the package it was the same way, I assumed it was defective too. Then I oiled it and have been using it almost daily for the last few years.
